The Gar Kenyon Quality Program has been designed to assure a basic common sense program that is both cost effective and also contains provisions to meet unique customer requirements as specified in their contracts as well as compliance to applicable regulations. The responsibility and authority for administration of this program has been assigned to all operating segments of the company and has been disseminated, via training, to all personnel.
Quality objectives and metrics are established for on-time delivery, customer returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. These objectives and this policy are reviewed using the Quarterly Management Review Process, and are implemented with the direct involvement of all personnel in processes, product safety, and continual improvement activities.
The quality manual contains a sequence and interaction chart showing the functional relationship between the significant management, customer, and manufacturing processes of the company. All employees are trained in the overall quality management system and the specific procedures relevant to their job functions.
